Come funziona:

L’operatore deve creare un programma di lavoro impostando il passo, il diametro e il numero di anelli dello spezzone/i. La macchina srotola automaticamente la bobina, conta e taglia le spirali e trasporta lo spezzone nell’area di rilegatura, dove l’operatore deve semplicemente inserire il blocco di fogli pre- forati collocandolo nella spirale aperta.
Quando l’operazione è completata, alla pressione del pedale, il prodotto viene trasportato automaticamente nella pressa di chiusura per la rilegatura.
Non ci sono gruppi di chiusura da cambiare in quanto la pressa è regolabile per tutti i diametri.

WB-500 Semi Automatic binding machine
WB-500 is the new binding concept from Rilecart.
The complete and versatile machine for digital printers and small binderies, as well as for today’s flexibility requirements of sized industrial binderies and offset printers.
-Immediate set up in size changes thanks to touch screen hanger feeder option and suitable working depth for calendar binding.
-Italian manufacturing for highest robustness and reliability.
-No need for specific closing tools.

HOW IT WORKS
The operator sets the pitch, diameter, number of loops per piece and length to be bound in the computer. The machine automatically unwinds the spool, cuts the length to the set number of loops and carries it to the binding position. The operator then inserts the pre-punched block of sheets onto the waiting open wire comb.
Once inserted, he has only to push the footswitch and the book is automatically carried to the closing press, where it is automatically closed and ejected into the box. There are no tools to change as the closing press is automatically adjustable for all the diameters and sizes.
