È l’ammiraglia della nostra gamma di macchinari per rilegatura.
Grazie al design e al sistema di inserimento delle spirali, la macchina unisce flessibilità, versatilità ed affidabilità.
Può forare e rilegare automaticamente con il doppio anello libri, block notes, quaderni, diari e tanti altri prodotti.

Come funziona:

La linea è composta dalla foratrice automatica a doppia azione DP-420 e dalla rilegatrice automatica B-599 HF BF.
L’unità foratrice, grazie ad un sistema a lama, divide dapprima il volume in fascicoli di 5 mm. e successivamente di 2,5 mm. forandoli separatamente grazie ad un doppio utensile perforatore (superiore ed inferiore).
I fascicoli sono quindi raccolti e trasportati all’unità rilegatrice dove vengono rilegati automaticamente.
Le due macchine possono lavorare in linea o in caso di necessità anche singolarmente.

Utilizza spirali in bobina.
Per tutti i diametri nei passi 3:1” e 2:1” da 1/4″ a 1-1/4”.
Formato di rilegatura: Max. 420 x 600 mm., Min. 100 x 100 mm.
Spessore di suddivisione: Max. 5 mm., Min. 3 mm.
Spessore di foratura: Max. 5 mm. per colpo.
Utensili speciali per ogni diametro.
Produttività massima: da 500 a 3000 pz./ora, a seconda dello spessore del prodotto.
3-5 mm. (1 fascicolo) = 3000 pz./h
5-10 mm. (2 fascicoli) = 1500 pz./h
10-15 mm. (3 fascicoli) = 1000 pz./h
15-20 mm. (4 fascicoli) = 750 pz./h
20-25 mm. (5 fascicoli) = 600 pz./h
La velocità effettiva dipende dalle caratteristiche tecniche dell’articolo e dall’organizzazione del lavoro. Le velocità indicate si riferiscono a carta con un peso non inferiore a 80 gr/mq.

DP-4500 BF Fully automatic punching and binding machine
The “top of the range” of Rilecart machines. Thanks to its design and its wire insertion system, the machine combines flexibility, versatility and reliability. Can punch and bind “in line” with double loop wire books, pads, exercise books, diaries and many other items.

HOW IT WORKS
The line is composed by the automatic double-side punching machine DP-420 in line with the automatic binding machine B-599 HF BF.
The punching unit, using a set of blades, divides the item in booklets of 5 mm. first , then in 2,5 mm. and punch them separately thanks to a double (superior and inferior) punching tool. The machine then gathers the booklets and brings the book to the closing unit where it is automatically bound.
The two machines can work together or, when required, off line.

Dedicated tools for each diameter.
Max productivity: from 500 to 3000 pieces/hour according to the thickness of the product:

10-15 mm. (3 booklets) = 1000 pcs/h

Effective speed depends on the technical features of the item and on production organization.
The speeds shown are related to paper of weight not less of 80 gr./sqm.
