Una macchina intelligente e flessibile che sfrutta il meglio della tecnologia Rilecart, in grado di perforare e rilegare in linea fino al diametro di 1”.
PB-735 HD DP HC è una macchina compatta, facile da usare, ma soprattutto, lavorando con tutti i diametri di spirale a doppio anello, è la miglior soluzione se desiderate sostituire le vostre semiautomatiche senza timori di rimanere con un investimento sottoutilizzato.
E’ dotata del nuovo sistema di controllo touch-screen. La nuova catena di trascinamento superiore garantisce un avanzamento preciso del prodotto.

Come funziona:

È necessario alimentare la macchina con calendari o con altri prodotti già raccolti, poi, in funzione dello spessore del prodotto si può usare la macchina in tre modi:

Spessore minore di 4 mm.: la macchina perfora e rilega i prodotti in linea automaticamente senza alcuna operazione supplementare da espletare.
Spessore da 5 mm. a 10 mm.: in questo caso è necessario abbassare la lama di separazione per dividere il prodotto in due parti: ciascuna metà viene perforata dal blocco foratore a doppia azione, poi ricongiunta e portata alla stazione di rilegatura.
Spessore superiore a 10 mm: dividere il libro in due o più parti che saranno riassemblate e rilegate automaticamente dalla macchina.

Caratteristiche:

Utilizza spirali in bobina.
Formato massimo di rilegatura per spessori minori di 4 mm.: 350 x 500 mm.
Formato massimo di rilegatura per spessori maggiori di 4 mm.: 350 x 420 mm.
Formato minimo di rilegatura: 100 x 100 mm.
Spessore massimo di foratura 8 mm. a colpo (4 + 4 mm. a seconda del passo, del materiale e della larghezza del prodotto).
Diametro di rilegatura standard: 1/4″ (su richiesta 5/16”, 3/8”,7/16”, 1/2”, 9/16”, 5/8”, 3/4”, 7/8” e 1”).
Passo standard: 3:1” (su richiesta 4:1” o 2:1”).
Velocità di produzione regolabile da 500 a 2500 pezzi/ora, a seconda della dimensione, spessore e caratteristiche del prodotto.
Programmabile per rilegatura in continuo, a due pezzi con gancio o a “skip binding”.

PB-735 HD DP HC Automatic punch and bind machine for books and calendars
A further step for the automation of double loop binding. A clever and flexible machine able to punch and bind in line up to 1”. Using the best of Rilecart technology, compact and user friendly, this machine is the perfect solution when in need to replace semi automatic machinery with no risk of an underutilized investment.

HOW IT WORKS
Calendars and books have to be put on the machine already collected. Then, depending on the thickness of the product the machine can be used in three ways:
1. Thickness less than 4 mm.: The machine in this case works in line without anything else to do, simply has to pick up the product bound on the conveyor.

2. Thickness from 5 mm. to 10 mm.: it is necessary to use the separating blade and split the product in two booklets that will be punched separately by the double-action punching tool.

3. Thickness more than 10 mm.. It is necessary to split the book in several parts and then it will be automatically reassembled and bound.

The PB-735 HD DP can be connected to gathering machines.
