The fastest fully automatic binding machine on the market. Can process book, pads, exercise books, diaries and many other products with double loop wire. Thanks to its wire rotation tunnel the paper is carried in the simplest way ever and this technology together with the particular wire feeding system allows the B-599 to achieve a very high productivity. The machine could be equipped with a hanger feeder integrated with its hanger former.

When the B-599 H.F. is not connected to the punching station (see DP-4500 line), it is necessary to feed the machine with pre-punched products already gathered. The item put on the machine is carried to the inserting area where joins the feeding device that, thanks to a sensor and helped by the carrying movements, fits the wire into the holes. The wire then makes a 90° turn in a special patented shaped tunnel that let the loops lie in the right position ready to be closed under a proper binding tool. This system is recognized as the simplest ever, this guarantees high speed and productivity. It can bind wall calendars with 1/4″, 5/16” and 3/8” wires with hangers from 100 to 200 mm.
